How soon must I cancel my appoinment?

You must cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment date and time.

Do I need to provide any of the cleaning products/materials or equiptment?

No. Not unless you have some specific products or equipment you want us to use. We provide all eco friendly products with every cleaning.

How do i confirm my appointment?

Momma's Day Off requires a $50.00 deposit to reserve any cleaning appointment. If deposit is not paid by the end of sent business day, the appointment will be passed to the next client.

If I do not cancel my appointment within 48 hours will there be a charge?

Yes there will be a fee of 1/2 of the total cost for the service(s) scheduled.

Do you service homes with pets?

Yes we do, however we ask that all pets are put in a secluded area. We will not be able to service your home if pets are not put away when our cleaning technicans arrive and a cancelation fee will be applied.

What if i'm not happy with my cleaning?

Momma's Day Off offers a 100% satisfaction gurantee. If you are not happy with your cleaning please contact us within 24 hours of service with any complaints and we will reclean for FREE. WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS.

Momma's Day Off accepts cash, card and check. We require a $50 deposit and require a card to be saved on file at the time of invoiced payment.

Cancellation Policy

Momma's Day Off completely understands that things happen. We ask for a 48 hours notice that you will have to cancel your appointment or 50% of the cleaning balance will be deducted from your card on file.
